Surgery Consent Form
During your pet’s surgery, we can remove some of their fat and send it to Ardent Animal Health where they will process the fat to remove your pet’s stem cells. They will then keep those cells ‘frozen’ for the lifetime of your pet. In the future, if an unexpected injury occurs, your pet will have access to the most advanced (and natural) care available.
